Thats because when peter’s father took his ability away he became powerless. after injecting himself with the DNA thingy, he gained an ability again, quite like his own original ability, but now he can only focus one ability at a time unlike before where he used to be able to use them all at the same time.

About peter getting all of sylars abilities, i thought he did. But that doesnt explain his wound not healing after the fight with sylar..

I was thinking the same.
If it had been the first time using claire’s blood to heal somebody, I could totally understand that they didn’t want to take that risk. BUT they already saw that claire’s blood works, so why converting sylar into nathan???!!!
